Before the first enquiry

Answer the questions
that matter to your customers.

A good-looking website is the start. The right information gives someone a reason to take the next step.

Can you handle this load?

Explain your services, capacity and any handling restrictions clearly.

Do you cover this route?

Set out genuine service areas and the routes or destinations you support.

What details do you need?

Collect useful collection, delivery and job information through the agreed enquiry route.

What we build

The right details.
In the right places.

A website for logistics & transport, shaped around the way your business works. Exact pages and integrations are confirmed in your proposal.

Transport service pages

Separate the work you offer, from planned deliveries to specialist movements.

Genuine coverage

Clear regions, routes and practical limits without overstating capacity.

Fleet and credentials

Current vehicle information and verified licences or memberships where relevant.

Useful quote information

An agreed form for the route, dates, load and handling requirements.

Urgent and planned contact

Explain actual availability and the right contact route for each request.

Operational integrations

CRM or dispatch connections scoped separately around your existing tools.

Choose the right scope

Enough to do the job.
Room to grow when you need it.

We recommend the pages your customers need. You do not need a bigger website just for the sake of it.

A focused website

A clear home for the business.

A good starting point when your main offer is straightforward and you need a considered site to share with customers.

  • Your core services, properly explained
  • A concise introduction and relevant evidence
  • A useful enquiry route on every device
See the starting scope ↗
A broader website

More ways to understand your work.

Useful when you have several services, distinct audiences or projects that deserve their own stories.

  • Separate pages for your main services
  • Room for project stories and supporting detail
  • Genuine location content where it helps

Put the cost in context

A small planning exercise.

Compare the build price with an example sale, booking or project value from your business.

This compares gross sales value only. It is not a profit calculation or a forecast of enquiries.
1

example sale at that value equals or exceeds the build price.

Excludes your fulfilment costs, tax, hosting, licences and additional scope.

A clearer route to you

From interested visitor
to a useful conversation.

Make the next step feel straightforward. The website explains the offer; the enquiry route gives you a useful starting point.

Find the right page

A relevant service, clear information and a practical next step.

Send the useful details

An initial brief that fits the job, with privacy considered.

Continue the conversation

Form delivery and any agreed integrations are checked before launch.

How we build it

A direct process.

Speak to the designer, see the direction and review the pages before the website goes live.

Your services, customers, coverage and existing website. We help shape the brief and confirm the scope.

Choose your starting point

Request the optional free homepage preview, or agree the full build. Price, deliverables and timing are confirmed first.

Share the useful material

Send the branding, photos and information you have. We organise the agreed content and confirm any missing material.

Review the private website

Check the direction and pages on a private link. Feedback and refinements follow the agreed scope.

Launch and hand over

Approve the finished site, settle the launch balance and receive the agreed access and guidance. Two months of post-launch monitoring follow.

Questions, answered

A few useful things
to know before we start.

Ask your own question ↗
Can you connect the site to our operations tools?

We can review the tools and available integration options. Any dispatch, CRM or customer portal work is quoted separately from a standard business website.

What does the free preview include?

One homepage design on a private link and one round of refinements. The preview is free, with no obligation to continue. The brief and timing are agreed after your enquiry.

Do I need to write all the content?

We shape the agreed website copy from your brief and the information you provide. You approve it before launch, including specialist details, credentials and claims.

Can you rebuild my existing website?

Yes. We review the existing pages, useful content and search setup, then agree what to retain and improve. Redirects are planned where important addresses change.

Who owns the website and accounts?

Ownership, access and licences are confirmed in your proposal. Your domain and hosting accounts stay yours, and any third-party costs are explained separately.

Can you help with Birmingham and other local areas?

Yes. We plan useful content around the places you genuinely serve. Birmingham and West Midlands location pages remain part of Kingdom’s website; your own local scope is agreed with you.
