Is the website really free? +
Kingdom does not charge its normal design or development fee for the selected monthly build. Any external licences, specialist software, photography, hosting or third-party costs are agreed before work begins.
Who can apply? +
Applications are open to active small businesses. Birmingham and West Midlands businesses are especially welcome, with applications considered from elsewhere in the UK too.
Is every application accepted? +
No. One business is selected for each monthly build. The programme is discretionary and there is no automatic entitlement to a free website.
Do you use the programme for ecommerce? +
Not currently. The initiative is focused on service-led business websites where a stronger digital presence can create a meaningful commercial improvement.

What does a website cost?+
Our defined packages start at £650 for up to 3 core pages, £1,250 for up to 7, and £2,500 for up to 12. The builder lets you add pages, features and optional care. We confirm the final scope and price in writing.
Will the website belong to me?+
Yes. You own your website and domain. We agree the hosting setup and handover before work begins. Optional care is a separate choice, with no exit fee for a site export.
Can you improve my existing website?+
Yes. We start by looking at what works, what holds people back and what the business needs next. Sometimes that means a focused improvement; sometimes a rebuild makes more sense.
Can you help bring in more enquiries?+
We can help with landing pages, local search foundations, advertising and clearer enquiry journeys. We agree the approach and how to measure it. We do not promise a fixed number of leads or rankings.
How does payment work?+
The builder shows a 50% deposit illustration, with the balance before launch. Final payment terms and schedule are confirmed in the written proposal. No payment is taken through the builder.
